Tensas High 74, Vidalia 64 (boys)

VIDALIA — It may have been Senior Night for Vidalia High School’s varsity boys’ basketball team, but the Tensas High School Panthers put a damper on Tuesday night’s festivities with a 74-64 win over the Vikings.

The difference in the outcome of this game was that Tensas had three players score in double figures while Vidalia had just two players do that. And the Panthers outscored the Vikings in every single quarter.

MANGHAM, La. — The first and third quarters were not too kind to Delta Charter School Tuesday night as the Storm fell to the Mangham High School Dragons 71-41 in its regular-season finale.

Mangham jumped out to a 19-9 lead over Delta Charter after one quarter of play and put the game completely out of reach with a 20-7 advantage in the third quarter for a comfortable 54-29 lead.

Delta Charter (10-24) will find out where it will be seeded and its opponent in the bi-district round of the LHSAA Class 1A Boys’ State Playoffs early next week.
