NATCHEZ — Services for Rozina Davenport Brown, 63, of Natchez, who died Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at Merit Health, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Hope the Vision Center in Natchez, with the Rev. Stanley Searcy officiating.   

Burial will follow at the Wilderness Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Webb/Winfield Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Ms. Brown was born in St. Louis, the daughter of Roosevelt and Laverne Reed Davenport.

She was a graduate of North Natchez High School, Copiah-Lincoln Community College and Delta Career College. Her occupation was security. She enjoyed reading her Bible and spending time with family and friends.

Ms. Brown was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mamie Henderson.

Survivors include two children, Tayna Walker and Dexter Franklin; two sisters, Sharon Davenport and Carolyn Hayes; and five brothers, Leon, Mark, Rodney and Allen Davenport and Tom Lias.
