Grab your Easter baskets, put on your Easter best and get ready for a couple of big Easter egg hunts this weekend and next.

On Sunday, The Natchez Garden Club Easter egg hunt will be at Biglane, 3 Montebello Drive, and on March 31 the 62nd Annual Miss-Lou Easter Egg Hunt will be at Duncan Park.

“We will be offering complimentary photos with the Easter Bunny at 2 p.m. (Sunday),” said Jennie Guido, chair of the Natchez Garden Club Easter egg hunt.

The cost is $10 per child and proceeds go toward the Natchez Garden Club’s restoration projects.

“The hunt will start promptly at 2:30 p.m. and it goes pretty quick,” Guido said, adding that people should get there early.

The event, she said, draws anywhere from 150 to 200 children.

The 62nd Annual Miss-Lou Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at Duncan Park. The annual hunt will feature thousands of eggs and prizes for everyone. Free for all children up to 8. Two hunts will be held so parents can help with the very young hunters.
