Iles-Huntsberry

Mr. and Mrs. Geoff Iles and Mr. and Mrs. Chad A. Huber, all of Natchez, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Catherine Iles to Chip Huntsberry, son of Col. Gail Gerding of Bradenton, Fla.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School in Natchez and a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She is employed by communications marketing firm, Edelman, in Atlanta.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Judith Williams and the late Mr. Arthur M. Williams III, of West Monroe, La., Mrs. Betty Iles and the late Dr. Jerry Iles, Mr. and Mrs. David Huber and Ms. Nancy Hungerford, all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Georgetown High School in Georgetown, Texas. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving four years with a tour in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta and a logistics manager for an Atlanta-based company.

He is the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. Thomas G. Gerding of Georgetown and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry J. Huntsberry of Fort Worth, Texas.

The wedding will be 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Dunleith Historic Inn in Natchez.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
