FERRIDAY — Services for Tracy Lynn Burget, 43, of Pineville, La., who died Friday, April 13, 2018, will be 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday with the Rev. Johnnie Phillips and the Randy Maxwell officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

Tracy Lynn Burget was born on Oct. 14, 1974 in Natchez, the daughter of Rex Orville Burget and Sandra Barrett Burget.

She was preceded in death by her father; paternal grandparents, O.K. and Florence Burget; maternal grandparents, Richard and Mattie Muriel Barrett; maternal grandfather, Houma Lipsey; paternal uncle- Chuck Burget and wife, Janice; two paternal aunts, Mavis Hull and husband, Glynn, and Bobbie Pratt; two maternal uncles, Dickie Barrett and Jimmy Peek; and one cousin, Barry Peek.

Survivors include her mother; Sandra Barrett Burget of Lake Concordia; one brother, Brad Burget and wife, Heather, of Lake St. John; one nephew, Barrett Burget; one niece, Adeline Burget; maternal grandmother, Sadie Lipsey of Monterey; one paternal uncle, Danny Burget and wife, Loretta, of Topeka, Kan.; one paternal aunt, Kathy Deason and husband, Boggie, of Pineville; three maternal aunts- Linda Peek, Julie Edwards and Deb Barrett, all of Ferriday; two maternal uncles, Lanny Lipsey and wife, Kay, of Monterey, and Jerry Lipsey and wife, Meta, of Monterey; 13 cousins, Brian Peek and wife, Kristi, Sheila Lillie and husband, Dabo, Brandy Traylor and husband, Jay, Richie Barrett and wife, Mellisa, Jeff Hull and wife, Tammy, Kelly Salvo and husband, Ron, Julie Pratt, Ricky Burget and wife, Niomi, Karen Yost and husband, Bill, Linda Girdarden and husband, Hester, Tony Burget and wife, Rhonda, Mike Burget and wife, Becky, and Jeff Deason and wife, Sara; and 6 special friends, Kathy and Vernon Stevens, Rose and Randy Maxwell and Johnny and Jane Phillips.

Pallbearers will be Dabo Lillie, Richie Barrett, Trey Lillie, Brian Peek, Jerry Lipsey, and Lanny Lipsey.

The family would like to thank the Staff and Administration at Leading Health Care of Louisiana for their love and support, especially Khristi Oates, Mary Robinson, Essie Isle, and Heather Killian. The family would also like to recognize the staff, caregivers, and friends at Evergreen Community Care of Pineville, who were a vital part of her life for 22 years.
