FERRIDAY — Carolyn M. Wiley, 71, died Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

She was born Sept. 18, 1946, in Franklin Parish, the daughter of Carl Benjamen and Laura Lee Messenger.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Don Wiley.

Survivors include one daughter, LaNan Wadlington and husband, Jeff; one granddaughter, Kelli Wadlington and J.C. Greer; one grandson, Jeffrey Taylor Wadlington, all of Natchez; her sister-in-heart, Sandra Ellis and husband, Ed, of Sicily Island; one sister-in-law, Delphia Carroll of Zachary, La.; two brothers-in-law, Joseph Wiley and wife, Betty, of Monroe, La., and Gus Wiley and wife, Sharon, of Boyce, La.; a number of nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Wrethel Temple of Gilbert, La., and Jane Wadlington of Vidalia.

She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice.
