The Vidalia Summer Youth Tennis Program will hold sign-ups for the league today at the Concordia Recreational Complex tennis courts during a mini-tournament to begin at 1:30 p.m.

Today’s tournament will be for all ages and cost is $15. Participants will be eligible to play in singles, double and mixed doubles matches in a six-game round-robin setup.

Those interested in the event are welcome to walk up and play.

Sign-ups for the summer league are $50 for beginners, $55 for junior academy players and $60 for academy players.

The summer league will run on Monday and Wednesdays in two sessions — the first from June 4 to June 27 and the second from July 2 to July 27.

During the summer, there will also be match play days on June 8 and 22 and July 6 and 20.

Participants may sing up for the summer league at today’s tournament, or stop by the tennis offices at the recreational complex at any time.
