NATCHEZ — Services for Wyonia Johnson Barnes, 83, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Living Word Worship Center with the Rev. Dwight Greene officiating.    

Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of D. Rollins Funeral Home in Woodville.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Ms. Barnes was a caregiver to her sons and a devoted grandmother to all of her grandchildren.

Although family was the most important thing to her, she also loved to read the Bible.

Survivors include seven daughters, Shelly Johnson and husband, Michael, Gloria Glenn, Sandra Ransom and husband, Jerry, all of Natchez, Ella Simmons and husband, Earl, Ruby Hampton and husband, LC, Carrie Jones and husband, Tom, and Debra Hollins, all of Woodville; five sons, Lonnie Glenn Jr., Isaac Glenn and Darris Glenn, all of Natchez, George Minor of Chicago and Alex Minor of New Orleans; four stepdaughters, Willie Mae Netterville and husband, Silas, of Woodville, Dora Dennis and Florence Payton of Pontiac, Mich., and Dorothy Glenn of Boutte, La.; two stepsons, Wilbert Douglas and Henery Lee Glenn of Pontiac; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
