OMAHA, Neb. — The Mississippi State Bulldogs will continue their run in the College World Series tonight.

After the third walk-off win in its last eight games, Mississippi State advanced to the winner’s bracket and will play North Carolina at 7 p.m. tonight.

The Bulldogs defeated Washington on Saturday, 1-0, with the help of a Luke Alexander RBI in the bottom of the ninth inning to score Hunter Stovall.

North Carolina — ranked No. 6 nationally — won their first game of the tournament over Oregon State, 8-6.

Tonight’s game will be broadcast on ESPN.
