Adrienne Potters Lewis of Natchez announces the engagement of her daughter, Ashawnte Wallace to Christopher Williams, son of Alisha Shepherd and Fredrick Mazique of Sibley.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Jackson State University and is attending Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.

She is the granddaughter of Charles and Juanita Potters of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and is employed by Carline Management in Geismar, La.

He is the grandson of the late Forrestine Williams of Sibley.

The wedding will be 4 p.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the Natchez Community Center.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
