VIDALIA — Services for Arthur Lee Charles Sigust, 78, of Vidalia, who died Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Merit Health Natchez, will be 11 a.m. today at Union Baptist Church in Vidalia.
Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery with military honors under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Mr. Sigust was born March 6, 1940, in Columbia, La., the son of Arthur and Melanie Jenkins Sigust.
He was a retired communication specialist for the federal government and was also retired from the U.S. Air Force.
Sigust was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Bettye Banks Sigust; one daughter, Andrea Sigust of Vidalia; two brothers, David Roy Sigust of Winnsboro, La., and Elisha Sigust and wife, Joyce, of Katy, Texas; one niece, Felisha Young of Houston; a number of nieces and nephews; four sisters-in-law, Margie Williams and husband, Charlie, Sharon White and husband, Rolando, Barbara White and husband, James Ross, all of Vidalia, and Helen Lyles and husband, Johnathan, of Dallas; and three brothers-in-law, Renard Banks and wife, Sylvia, of Natchez, Franklin Banks and wife, Betty, of Vidalia and Danny Lyles and wife, Denise, of Dallas.
