NATCHEZ — Services for Nell D. Fitzpatrick, 90, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, July 31, 2018, in Natchez, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Barksdale officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick was born Aug. 12, 1927, in Magee, the daughter of Daniel Grubbs and Leona Ainsworth Grubbs.
She was a member of Jefferson Street United Methodist Church.
Fitzpatrick was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harvey Fitzpatrick; one granddaughter, Denise Rodriguez; four brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Rodriguez and husband, Homer, of Lake St. John, and Susan Scruggs and husband, Doug, of Natchez; three grandchildren, Brian Rodriguez of Helena, Ala., Mary Joe Blanton and husband, Jamie, of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Katie McGehee and husband, Jason, of Natchez; and five great-grandchildren, Maddy Rodriguez, Harrison Rodriguez, Reed Blanton, Mary Claire Blanton and Allie Grace McGehee.
Pallbearers will be family members.
Memorials may be made to Jefferson Street United Methodist Church or to a charity of choice.
