Corey Gordon of Minneapolis, Minn., and Shani Hill of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Lydia Hill to Kevin Bailey, son of Calvin Scott Sr. of Dallas, Ga., and Teri Bailey of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and is employed by Delta Fuel Company in Ferriday.

She is the granddaughter of Delma Hooker and the late Joe S. Hooker of Natchez and Eddice White of Maple Grove, Minn.

The groom-to-be is also a graduate of Natchez High School and is employed by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

He is the grandson of Charles and Frances Bailey and George and Deloris Scott, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at Rehoboth Church of God in Christ in Sibley.

Family and close friends are invited.
