Natchez, Concordia Parish under flash flood warning until 3:15 p.m.

Natchez and Concordia Parish are under a flash flood warning from the National Weather service until 3:15 p.m. today due to heavy rains Wednesday morning, and flash flooding has been reported in multiple areas in Natchez and Vidalia, including Peach Street in Vidalia and Montebello Gardens in Natchez.
