NATCHEZ — Services for Luther Allen “Brad” Bradford, 75, of Natchez who died on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge will be at noon Saturday at Christian Hope Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Walter L. Sago officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mercy Seat Baptist Church cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

A celebration of life wake Service will be held at 7 p.m. today with visitation to follow at the Funeral Home. Visitation will continue from 11 a.m. until service time at church.

Mr. Bradford was born, July 4, 1943, in Meadville, the son of Woodrow Bradford and Callie Kelly Bradford.

He was a retired self-employed logger. Luther was a member of the Mercy Seat Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Mr. Bradford was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He enjoyed shooting pool, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and granddaughter, Carla Jaylene Bradford.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene H. Bradford; four sons, Brett Bradford and wife, Tanya, Brian Bradford and wife, Erika, Bart Bradford and wife, Alicia, and La’Kendrick Starks; two daughters, Stacy Cason and husband, Kenneth, and Janine Quick and husband, Jeffrey; three sisters, Lizzie Bradford, Nellie Loverton, Karen Bradford; 10 grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
