NATCHEZ — Services for Hazel Vernell “Nell” Newman, 89, of Natchez, who died on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, at Merit Health Natchez, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Broome officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
