Mrs. Holland was born Aug. 4, 1945, in Ferriday, the daughter of J.N. Forman and Velma Lea Forman.
She was a hard worker all of her life and worked with her husband running their family business, farming and crop dusting. She was loved and known by all farmers and community members.
Holland was a devoted wife, mother and especially a grandmother. She was at every sport event, meeting — just anything the grandchildren would do, she was there. She spent her retirement years not missing a single thing her grandchildren done. She was loved and definitely will be missed in the community.
Holland was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Lloyd Holland; two daughters, Charla Mophett and husband, Greg, of Natchez, and Sonja Spann and husband, Hank, of Jonesville; five grandchildren, Rachel Pecanty, Morgan Pecanty, Justin Spann, Cullen Mophett and Bryan Mophett; one brother, Mike Forman and wife, Jan, of Jonesville; and a number of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
