Congratulations, to all Chamber winners

For 110 years the Natchez-Adams County Chamber of Commerce has brought together the business and civic leaders of our community.
Through the years the chamber has been involved in countless projects, led and guided numerous community plans and in general served as a steady hand for the community’s business interests.
For many of those years the organization comes together once a year to honor some of the best of its own ranks.
On Tuesday the Chamber presented awards to outstanding individuals and great local businesses to make a difference through their own works and actions.
This year’s honorees included:
Natchezians of the Year Renee Cantu and Dave Kimbro, at least one, often both, can usually be found at most any community event. They’re always there, always helping.
The same can be said for the two businesses of the year award winners — Natchez Ford in the large business category and the Sports Center in the small business category. Like so many chamber members, the businesses are led by civic-minded leaders who give back to the community in a myriad of ways.
We congratulate all of this year’s winners and thank the chamber and its members for all it does to support and encourage our community and its businesses.
