NATCHEZ — Services for Andrea Gayle Smith, 45, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018, at her residence, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with Donnie Wilson officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p. m. Thursday and from noon until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Andrea was born Jan. 4, 1973, in Natchez, the daughter of Fred Allen Smith and Ernie Gay Weathersby Smith.
She was a kennel assistant at Natchez Veterinary Clinic.
She was preceded in death by her mother; maternal grandparents, Jewel and Percy Weathersby; paternal grandparents, Margie “MoMo’ and Otha “Daddy O” Smith; and one nephew, Devon Smith.
Survivors include her partner, Gayla Carden of Natchez; her father and wife, Mary; two brothers, Charles Smith and Anette Comeaux, and Ray Smith and wife, Crystal Kathy Smith; two stepsisters, Amy Bergeron and husband, Ken, and Andrea Brown and husband, Jim; and a number of nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
Pallbearers will be Charles Smith, Ray Smith, Ray Smith Jr., Nathaniel Smith, Allen Smith and Kenny Isbell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wade Smith and Dalvis Dees.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Natchez-Adams County Humane Society or the Vidalia Dog Pound in Gayle’s name.
