NATCHEZ — Services for Mack James Johnson Jr., 74, of Vidalia, who died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, will be noon Saturday at Egypt Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Ford Sr. officiating.      
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mr. Johnson was born on Aug. 22, 1944, in Adams County, the son of Mack Johnson Sr. and Annie Mae Christmas.
He retired from Ajax Manufacturing in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2002.  He enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, repairing cars, gardening and yard work.
Johnson was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mary Ann Christmas Johnson and Betty Christmas.
Survivors include two sons, Mack Johnson and Michael Johnson; three sisters, Irma Fakes, Jonetta Williams and Jerry D. Johnson; eight grandchildren, Antionette Johnson, Shar’da Johnson, Michael L. Johnson, Rayshawn Johnson, Mackenzie Johnson, Savannah Culbreath, Jasmare’ Wheeler and Viasha Isler; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
