MEADVILLE — Services for Elizabeth Mary Pitre, 65, of Meadville, who died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at her residence, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Providence Baptist Church.
Burial will follow at church cemetery under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven.
Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Pitre was born April 3, 1953, the daughter of Warren Dubois Sr and Rita Boudreaux Dubois.
Liz had many talents and was a member of MHV, Homemaker of Franklin County and Meadville Extension Office and 4-H.
She was also a member of Providence Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Linda Falgout and Brenda Dubois; two brothers, Warren Dubois Jr. and Louis Dubois; and her special friend, Trilla Mullins.
Survivors include her husband, Shelly J. Pitre; one son, Randy J. Pitre; one daughter, Lorita Pitre Neil; one brother, Kenneth Dubois; five sisters, Sandra Dubois, Jennifer Fabre and husband, Mickey, Priscilla Dubois, Susan Dubois and Melanie Dubois LeBeouf; eight grandchildren, Blair Neil Guidry, Blake M. Neil, Gracie KA Neil, Jace V. Neil, John Austin Pitre, Keri Beth Pitre, Taylor Hall Cray and Tyler Hall; two great-grandchildren, Sophie Cray and Steven Guidry; and three godchildren, Leslie Babin, Annie Collins Miller and Michelle Boyer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to her family to distribute to her favorite charities.
