NATCHEZ — Services for Regina Williams, 59, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, at Merit Health Natchez, will be noon Saturday at Daughters of Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Stanford Cruel officiating.
Burial will follow at St. Paul A.M.E. Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home’s Natchez chapel and from 11 a.m. until service Saturday at the church.
Ms. Williams was born Sept. 19, 1959, in Natchez, the daughter of James Bell Williams and Rosie Lee Williams.
She was a faithful member of the Women’s Ministry of Daughter of Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
Williams was preceded in death by her parents; maternal grandparents, the Rev. Leon and Annie Washington; paternal grandparents, Roger and Minnie Adams; and godfather, Tommy Williams.
Survivors include one daughter, T’Shana Williams; two sons, John and Jerami Williams; two granddaughters, Jayla Anderson and Zion Givens; one grandson, Jacoby Hawkins; 11 sisters, Brenda Strickland, Gwenda Gray, Vanessa Williams, Althea Fitzgerald, Trellis Jenkins, Cynthia Washington, Maranda Woods, Iris Robinson, Jennifer Jordan, Drethia Henderson and Debra Harris; two brothers, Michael Williams and Matthewia Love; 13 aunts; nine uncles; one great-uncle; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
