NATCHEZ — Services for Ricky Potters, 63, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, will be 2 p.m. today at Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bishop J.L. Hammitte Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow at Skinner Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until service time today at the funeral home.
Mr. Potters was born Feb. 19, 1955, in Natchez, the son of Willie Dunmore and Dorothy M. Williams.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Potters; his father; one brother, Carl Wayne Potters; and stepfather, Amos Williams.
Survivors include his mother; one son, Tran Bernard and wife, Kameshia; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Charles Potters and wife, Juanita, Bobby Potters and wife, Nichole, and Jessie Potters and wife, Lillian; and one sister, Hilda E. Rosco and husband, Gerald.
