GLOSTER — Services for Virdo Soto Campbell, 65, of Gloster, who died Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, surrounded by his loving family at Sonny V. Montgomery Veterans Administration Hospital in Jackson, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Homochitto Baptist Association Building in Gloster with the Rev. Willie Shavers Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow at Michael Shawn Memorial Garden under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home in Gloster.
Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Campbell was the son of Clarence and Minnie Campbell.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Michael Shawn and Virdo Campbell Jr.
Survivors include his devoted wife, Linda Campbell; one daughter, Annette Wesco and husband, Charles; one son, Leonard Dwayne McNiel; two sisters; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two godchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
