Rogers, Patten said, was arrested at the scene and faces charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of ecstasy with intent to deliver, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

“All of the drug charges also have a gun enhancement charge,” Patten said.
