Mr. and Mrs. Justin and Gwen Jones and Darrell Harris of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittanie Harris to Quayshawn Dennard, son of Tracey Dennard and Clarence Hampton of Washington County.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and is attending Alcorn State University in Lorman. She is employed by Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Pearlie Williams and the late Phillip Williams Sr. of Natchez and Estell Harris of Natchez and Robert Harris of Hollandale.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Simmons High School in Hollandale and is also attending Alcorn State University in Lorman. He is employed by the Natchez Police Department.

He is the grandson of the late Annie Ruth Dennard and John Wesley Dennard of Hollandale.

The wedding will be 4 p.m., Saturday, March 9, 2019, at the Natchez Community Center.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.
