Pilgrimage Garden Club announces royal court for Spring Pilgrimage

NATCHEZ — The Pilgrimage Garden Club has announced its 2019 royal court for the Tableaux. The court will serve the Pilgrimage Garden Club’s king and queen during their reign in the upcoming Spring Pilgrimage.

Tali Cole Beard

Tali is the daughter of Charlotte and Danny Beard. She is a 2016 graduate of Trinity Episcopal High School.

She is the granddaughter of Betty and the late LaGran Talley of Vidalia and Jerry and the late Elliot Beard of Natchitoches, La.

Tali is currently attending the University of Louisiana at Monroe and majoring in occupational therapy where she is on the dean’s list.

Her hobbies include intramural sports especially basketball, softball and flag football.

Madalyn Miller Falkenheiner

Madalyn is the daughter of Lee and Lisa Falkenheiner. She is a 2017 graduate of Trinity Episcopal High School.

She is the granddaughter of Suzy Huber and David Huber both of Natchez and the late Fred and Phyllis Falkenheiner of Vidalia.

Madalyn is currently attending the University of Mississippi where she is majoring in elementary education. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society, the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and the dean’s honor roll.

Her hobbies include scuba diving, traveling, spending time with her family and friends and going to Ole Miss football games.

Hannah Marie Fitt

Hannah is the daughter of William Fitt and a 2017 graduate of Trinity Episcopal High School.

She is the granddaughter of Elna and the late Henry Louis Fitt of Vidalia and Jannette Krodel and the late Elmer Bennett of Vidalia.

Hannah is currently attending the University of Mississippi where she is majoring in marketing. She was the 2017 Trinity Episcopal High School valedictorian and a member of the honor society for four years. Hannah is a member of Chi Omega Sorority, two-time state tennis champion and on the president’s list. She has also participated in the United Methodist Church camp program.

Her hobbies include softball, basketball, cheer, tennis and traveling.

Previous participation includes the Polka.

Emily Elizabeth Hicks

Emily is the daughter of John and Courtney Hicks and a 2018 graduate of Cathedral School.

She is the granddaughter of Johnny and Betty Lou Hicks and Brenda Jones all of Natchez.

Emily is currently attending Mississippi State University where she is majoring in biological sciences with a concentration in physical therapy.

She is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority.

Her hobbies include dance and spending time with family and friends.

Kailey Lane Hutchins

Kailey is the daughter of Chris and Skeeter Hutchins and a 2016 graduate of Trinity Episcopal High School.

She is the granddaughter of Alan and Stephanie Hutchins and Mary and the late Joe Brumfield all of Natchez.

Kailey is currently attending Mississippi State University where she is majoring in biological sciences with a concentration in pre-nursing. She is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority and the Pre-Nursing Club.

Her hobbies include MSU Bulldog football and spending time with family and friends at the lake.

Joanna Marjorie Johnson

Joanna is the daughter of Valerie Meng of Natchez and David Johnson of Hilton Head Island, S.C., and a 2018 graduate of Delta Charter School in Ferriday.

She is the granddaughter of Marjorie and the late Lester Meng of Natchez.

Joanna is currently attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where she is majoring in mass communications. She is a recipient of TOPS Honors Award, a member of the Theater Club, Art Club, Center for Academic Success and Animal Care for a Cause. She is an LSU Ambassador and is Miss Hospitality Natchez.

Her hobbies include creative writing, painting, cooking, dance, photography, traveling and hanging out with friends and family.

Martha Bramlette Lewis

Marty is the daughter of Todd and Lil Lewis and she is a 2017 graduate of Cathedral School.

She is the granddaughter of Chick and the late Lil Graning of Natchez and the Honorable David C. Bramlette also of Natchez. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cameron of Hattiesburg and the late Mike Lewis.

Marty is currently attending Mississippi State University where she is majoring in accounting. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Her hobbies include sports, traveling and hanging out with friends.

Allison Michelle Mayers

Allie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barton Robert Jones of Hattiesburg, MS and Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Mayers of Natchez, MS. She is a 2017 graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Hattiesburg.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reese Aubrey McRaney of New Hebron, Mr. Robert Houston Jones and the late Ann Kerce Jones of Hattiesburg and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Henry Mayers of Natchez.

Allie is currently attending Mississippi State University in marketing with an emphasis in business law. She is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority, an MSU Student Success Scholar, a recipient of Academic Excellence and a member of the Feed the Hunger Campus Organization.

Katherine McCaa Mayo

Kate is the daughter of Monty and Monica Mayo and is a 2016 graduate of Cathedral High School where she was the 2015 Homecoming Queen.

She is the granddaughter of Millicent and the late James Mayo of Natchez and the late Henry and Christine LeBlanc of Natchez.

Kate is currently attending Mississippi State University where she is majoring in educational psychology. She is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority, a member of Fashion Board, and a Staff Member of Etre Magazine. She attends St. Mary’s Basilica.

Madison Rose Newman

Madison is the daughter of Gina Johanson and Chris Newman. She is a 2016 graduate of Adams County Christian School.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Julius Cotton of Natchez , Donna Loomis of Natchez and Mr. Harry Loomis of Clarksdale.

Madison is currently attending Central Louisiana Technical Community College where she is majoring in nursing.

Margaret Lucille Pyron

Lucy is the daughter of Leigh and Jamie Saunders and Derek and Mary Allen Pyron all of Natchez. She is a 2017 graduate of Trinity Episcopal High School.

She is the granddaughter of Noreen Pyron, Mickie and Joe Hartley all of Natchez and Jerry Pyron of Jackson.

Lucy is currently attending the University of Mississippi where she is majoring in accounting. She is a member of Chi Omega Sorority.

McKenzie Anne Smith

Kenzie is the daughter of Jim and Sarah Carter Smith. She is a 2017 graduate of Trinity Episcopal School where she was a cheerleader and MAIS South State and State Doubles Tennis Champion.

She is the granddaughter of Sonny and Carolyn Gwin, Weathersby Carter, and the late J.T. and Nelle Smith all of Natchez.

Kenzie is currently attending the University of Mississippi where she is majoring in accounting. She is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, recipient of the Bledsoe Scholarship, Patterson School of Accountancy Caldwell Scholarship, a Provost Scholar, member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the intramural tennis team.

Her hobbies include tennis, kick boxing, snow skiing, traveling, participating in sorority activities and cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels. Kenzie also volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America and Prevent Child Abuse America. She attends Jefferson Street United Methodist Church.

Jackson Hinton Carpenter

Jackson is the son of Todd and Emily Carpenter of Natchez and a 2016 graduate of Cathedral School.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Crosswhite of Decatur, Ala., Mr. and the late Mrs. Thomas Sayles of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Carpenter of Tuscaloosa.

Jackson is currently attending the University of Alabama where he is majoring in business management. He is on the dean’s list, a member of Alpha Kappa Psi – Professional Business Fraternity, the Honors College and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.

His hobbies include water skiing, wakeboarding, running, hunting and land development.

Robert Colter Cauthen

Colter is the son of David and Gina Cauthen and a 2016 graduate of Cathedral School.

He is the grandson of Dick and Pat Junkin and Bobby and the late Pam Cauthen all of Natchez.

Colter is currently attending Mississippi State University and majoring in forestry. He works full time at Deerbrook Farms and is a member of St. Mary’s Basilica in Natchez.

His hobbies include hunting, fishing and visiting with family and friends.

James Allen Coley

James Allen is the son of James and Amanda Coley and a 2016 graduate of Cathedral School.

He is the grandson of Joan and the late Allen Coley of Natchez, and Molly and the late Author Swanson of Ridgecrest.

James Allen is currently attending the University of Mississippi majoring in business with a minor in education. He played football at Cathedral High School and was a member of the 2014 MHSSA 1A State Championship football team. James Allen played two years of football at Co-Lin Community College and is currently playing for the Ole Miss football team. He is a member of Jefferson Street Methodist Church where he served as vice president of the youth group and on the Conference Committee of Youth Ministry.

His hobbies include Ole Miss football and spending time with family and friends.

Richard Hiller Conn

Richard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Garry D. Conn of Natchez and a 2017 graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy in Woodville.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert I. Netterville of Natchez and the late Mr. and Mrs. Welby D. Conn of Pollock, La.

Richard is currently attending Northwest Mississippi Community College in Oxford where he is enrolled in the nursing program.

His hobbies include golf, fishing, water sports and Monday night poker with his buddies.

David Grant Falkenheiner

Grant is the son of Lee and Lisa Falkenheiner of Natchez and he is a 2017 graduate of Trinity Episcopal School.

He is the grandson of Suzy Huber and David Huber both of Natchez and the late Fred and Phyllis Falkenheiner of Vidalia.

Grant is currently attending the University of Mississippi where he is majoring in accounting. He is a member of the National Society for Collegiate Scholars, the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, Sigma Nu Fraternity and on the chancellor’s honor roll.

His hobbies include attending Ole Miss sporting events, hunting, and hanging out with family and friends.

Caden Everett Gillespie

Caden is the son of Mark and Janay Gillespie and a 2018 graduate of Adams County Christian School.

He is the grandson of Son and Dorothy Gillespie and Billy and Janet Gore.

Caden is currently attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he is majoring in psychology and he is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity.

His hobbies include watching LSU football and attending LSU football games.

John Ashton Hicks

John Ashton is the son of John and Courtney Hicks. He is a 2017 graduate of Cathedral School.

He is the grandson of Johnny and Betty Lou Hicks and Brenda Jones all of Natchez.

John Ashton is currently attending the University of Mississippi where he is majoring in political science while minoring in business and English. He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

His hobbies include sports, hunting and music.

Connor Brian Mire

Connor is the son of Blane and Jennifer Mire and a 2017 of Cathedral School.

He is the grandson of Sondra Pilgreen of Baton Rouge and Barbara and the late Julius Mire.

Connor attended Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., for one year where he played football and received a scholar student athlete award. He is currently attending Co-Lin Wesson where he continues to play football, is on the dean’s list and again received a scholar student athlete award.

His hobbies include golf, football, basketball, traveling and hanging out with friends.

Sim Colebank Mosby

Cole is the son of Sim and Betsy Mosby of Natchez and a 2017 graduate of Trinity Episcopal School.

He is the grandson of Rowan and Jim Milton, Bucky Colebank, Ellen and the late Bill Rush Mosby all of Natchez.

Cole is currently attending the University of Mississippi where he is majoring in accounting. He is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and on the dean’s honor roll. He is a member of Jefferson Street United Methodist Church

Owen Daniel Thibodeaux

Owen is the son of Denise and Dan Thibodeaux of Natchez and a 2018 graduate of Cathedral School.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Floyd of Florence and Mr. and Mrs. Ned Thibodeaux of Jennings, La.

Owen is currently attending Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he is majoring in biological engineering. He is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity where he was appointed to the Recruitment Committee. He is in the LSU Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College, he received an LSU academic scholar award, an LSU Board of Supervisors Scholarship and is on the intramural flag football team.

His hobbies include sports especially football and soccer, classic rock music, gardening and landscaping.

Emily Anne Daugherty

Emily is the daughter of Shane and Christina “Cricket” Ferrell Daugherty of Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of William Thomas “Tommy” Ferrell, Jr. and the late Carole Anne Ferrell of Natchez and the late Ranny and Jerri Daugherty of Oneida, Tenn. She is the great granddaughter of Hazel and the late William Thomas “Billy” Ferrell of Natchez.

Emily is currently in first grade at Adams County Christian School and little sister to Caleb.

Her hobbies include AYA cheerleader, Middleton School of Dance ballet, Vidalia league soccer and she was a Page on the 2018 Adams County Christian Homecoming Court.

John Davis Lees

John Davis is the son of Justin and Marisa Lees of Natchez.

He is the grandson Mr. and Mrs. Hollis Henry Lees of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Craig Vaccaro of Zachary, La.

John Davis is currently in first grade at Cathedral School, and a member of First Baptist Church where he sings in the children’s choir. He is younger brother to Giles and older brother to Hayes.

His hobbies include baseball, football and golf with his family chanting “Go Diesel,” a nickname given to him by his father. He loves to hunt and fish at the camp where he recently killed an 8-point deer in full velvet with his crossbow. He still gets genuinely excited in telling the story to family and friends.

Alice Kirby Martin

Alice is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Christopher L. Martin of Natchez.

She is the granddaughter Mr. and Mrs. Lee G. Martin of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Duerr, Jr. of Memphis, Tenn.

Alice is currently in first grade at Cathedral School and attends St. Mary’s Basilica. She is big sister to Robert and Frannie.

Her hobbies include tennis, golf, ballet, soccer and art. She also enjoys horseback riding, the English Hunter–Jumper Discipline and trains in Canton. Alice has participated in horse shows in both Mississippi and Tennessee.

Everette Jackson Ratcliffe

Jackson is the son of Brant and Monica Ratcliffe of Brandon.

He is the grandson of Charles Everett and Catherine Ratcliffe of Natchez, Cynthia Childers of Brandon and Travis Manchester of Silver Creek. He is the great-grandson of Joan Grubbs of Natchez.

Jackson is currently in kindergarten at First Presbyterian Day School in Jackson.

His hobbies include swimming, tennis and building with Legos.
