Pascha Cater Brown, a candidate for Concordia Parish Clerk of Court in the October 12th Primary has awaited this opportunity for nearly 15 years and she is glad to share the improvements that are to come from the technology that she will bring to Concordia Parish.

“I have talked with other offices that are both greater and smaller in size based on population. These offices have already made the transition that I speak of with great success,” Brown said. “There is a demand by the residents of this parish for this service and serving the people will always be my top priority. I will always keep the people informed of anything new or pertaining to the Clerk of Court.”

Brown said the new technology will provide the option for people to conduct business online, make online payments and allow temporary or long-term subscribers to gain access to images and purchase copies needed outside of office hours, available 24/7.

“Generating new revenue for the office while providing a convenient solution for customers, by saving them time and the cost of fuel,” Brown said. “An updated website will be created as a great source for information related to the office with custom links for easy access.”

Brown said grants are available for the upgrades and other resources with affordable options that are willing to work with her and provide the people of Concordia Parish with the services that are needed for the office.

“We need change and I am ready,” Brown said.

“I have worked with the public most of my life. Many people still recognize my face, but most importantly they remember my service,” Brown said. “I am confident when saying that I served the people of my community well during my 10 years as a public servant at the Vidalia Office of Motor Vehicle, the DMV. I have always put customer service first and I will continue to serve the public in an honest, understanding and professional manner as your Clerk of Court.”

Brown is the daughter of Ray and Fay Cater and a lifelong resident of Concordia Parish. Her husband is Vick Brown, Battalion Chief at the Vidalia Fire Department and she is the mother of Colby (26), Pyper (13) & Priya (6).

“I am a Realtor, licensed in Louisiana and  Mississippi. I also continue my work in multimedia marketing and I am a business owner,” Brown said. “With a background in the legal field and my many years as a public servant, I strongly relate to the people in my community. I am the right person for this job.”

“Now I humbly ask for your votes & ask that you remember me, #80 when casting your ballots,” Brown said. “Please Vote #80 Pascha Cater Brown for Clerk of Court.”
