Defining service: Rotary Club gives dictionaries to area third graders

Members of the Rotary Club of Natchez have been distributing dictionaries to all third graders in Adams County this week, an annual service project the club has been doing for more than a decade. A group of Rotarians delivered dictionaries to the third-grade classes of Frazier Elementary School Tuesday.
