Football players bring success home

Three former Miss-Lou football players made big commitments on Wednesday signing letters of intent to play football at four-year universities.

Even though the players have been playing in community colleges, they all three returned home to their high schools to sign their letters of commitment, which speaks volumes about their loyalty to the high schools.

4Ronald Williams, who returned to Ferriday High School on Wednesday to sign his letter of intent to play at the University of Alabama after playing two years of college football at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas;

4Shavoke´ Herrington, who returned to Natchez High on Wednesday to sign a letter of intent to play football at Northwestern State University after playing at East Mississippi Community College in Scooba; and

4Ryon Rigsby, who returned to Natchez High School on Wednesday to sign his letter of intent to play at Mississippi Valley State University after playing at Jones Community Junior College in Ellisville.

Congratulations to all of the players, and thanks for keeping Natchez in your careers.
