CLAYTON— Services for Shirley M. Hilliard, 72, of Clayton, who died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana, will be 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Mark Baptist Church in Clayton, with the Rev. Kevin Davis officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hilliard was born April 13, 1947, in Lettsworth, Louisiana, the daughter of Louis and Margaret Johnson Webster. She was a retired cook for Ferriday Lower Elementary School for 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include five children, Michael Johnson, Joseph Watson and wife, Wanda, and Pamela Thompson and husband, Gregory, all of Clayton, Robert Johnson and wife, Tonya, and Sharon Mayse and husband, Eddie, all of Ferriday; one brother, Louis Webster Jr. of Ferriday; one sister, Louise Barnes Howard of Natchez; 27 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins; her husband, Andrew Hilliard, of Clayton.
