Mississippi now reporting 10 presumptive COVID-19 cases

Mississippi reached 10 total presumptive positive cases of the COVID-19 virus as of Sunday.

The Mississippi Department of Health on Sunday reported two new presumptive positive cases in Hinds County, one new case in Copiah County and one new case in Pearl River County, bringing the total number of presumptive cases to 10.

Thus far, two cases were recorded in each Hinds, Copiah and Pearl River counties, three in Forrest County and one in Leflore County out of 90 tested individuals.

No deaths from the COVID-19 virus have been reported in Mississippi as of Sunday afternoon.
