BROOKHAVEN — Graveside services for Mrs. Annie Pearl Barlow will be on Friday, April 10, 2020, at New Hope UMC Cemetery in Brookhaven, at 2 p.m. Bro. Jeff Davis will be officiating the service with Brookhaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Barlow, 88, of Brookhaven, formerly of Natchez, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven. She was born on September 27, 1931, in Brookhaven, to Oscar Smith and Palimae Lewis Smith. She was a member of Lovely Lane UMC Church in Natchez, MS; worked for many years as a service assistant for Sears; and enjoyed her family and working in her garden. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Paul Ernest Barlow; and her great-granddaughter, Jacquelyn Grace Knotts; her brothers, J. Hugh Smith, Barney Smith, Sidney Smith, and Paul Smith; her sisters, Geneva Carroll and Marguerite Johnson.

Survivors are her daughters, Sandra Wigley and husband Mickey, Judy Thompson and husband Tommy, and Sherry Reagan and husband Lane; her sons, Paul Wesley Barlow, and Richard Wayne Barlow and wife Michele; her sister, Wyonzie Hart; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and three expectant great-great-grand-daughters; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Silver Cross Nursing Home in Brookhaven for the love and care given to Mrs. Barlow.
