NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Pearlie M. Williams, 77, of Natchez, who died Friday, April 10, 2020, in Vicksburg will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2020, at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Melvin White officiating.

Burial will follow at the cemetery under the directions of West Gate Funeral Home.

Pearlie was born Aug. 13, 2020, in Natchez, the daughter of Elijah Byrd and Pearl Lee Byrd. She was a graduate of Sadie V. Thompson High School. Mrs. Williams was retired from Diamond International and was the co-owner of 3-Sisters Café. She was a member of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. Pearlie enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family and friends

She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Ella Edwards and Sherry Byrd, brothers, Elijah Byrd, Jr., James Byrd, and Ernest Byrd and sister-in-law, Clara Lee Byrd.

Pearlie leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Larry Byrd, Tony Byrd and Phillip Williams, Jr.; two daughters, Gwendolyn Jones and husband Justin and Brenda Williams and husband Tony; brothers, Steve Byrd and wife Regina, Johnny Byrd and his wife Margaret; sister, Della Johnson; grandchildren, Erica, Nondrea’, Jeremy, Antonio, Brittanie, Derrick, Deshana, Jared, Kimberly, Shanitha, Darren and Miracle, special cousins, Cheryl Davis and Delores Ivory; aunt, Josie Lee Lacey, special friends, Gwen Nelson and Mary Jones, 19 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
