NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Annette Leshe Mohon, 83, of Natchez who died Monday, April 20, 2020, in Natchez will be 11 a.m. Thursday, April 23, 2020, at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Jim Mannon officiating. Services are under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mohon was born Sept. 2, 1936, in Ringgold, LA, the daughter of Charlie Edward Leshe and Lecta Susan McKnight Leshe.

She was a member of Morgantown Baptist Church. She graduated from Millsaps College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in geology.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Samuel Murray Mohon, Jr.; and one son Mack Leshe Mohon.

Survivors include three sons Samuel Murray Mohon, III and wife Esther of Natchez, Rex Elliott Mohon and wife Connie of Brookhaven, and Lee Alan Mohon of Huntsville, AL; grandchildren Louisa M. Shows and husband Aaron of Hattiesburg, Stowers Mohon of Columbus, Whitney Mohon, Wesley Mohon, both of Laurel, and Logan Mohon of Brookhaven, and brother Mack Leshe of Phoenix, AZ.
