NATCHEZ — Graveside services for Isaac Woods, 61, of Killeen, Texas, formerly of Natchez, who died Wednesday, April 22, 2020, in Killeen will be held at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery.

Burial will follow at the cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Isaac was born March 12, 1959, in Adams County, the son of Frank Woods and Ellen Woods. He was a 1978 graduate of South Natchez Adams High School. After graduating, he joined the United States Army where he was a truck driver. Mr. Woods accepted Christ in 2019 and attended Christian House of Prayers in Killeen. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Frank Woods, Jr., Eugene Woods and Jerry Woods and three sisters, Elizabeth Foster, Josephine Woods and Sadie McCraney.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a special companion, Teresa “Tee” Thomas; two daughters, Tara Minor and Whitney Woods; one brother, Jimmy Woods; three sisters, Mary Washington and husband Eugene, Betty Woods, and Annie Dunmore and husband Kerry; one aunt, Lucy Perry and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
