Adams County Circuit Court Cases — End Results

Friday, Oct. 7:

Tyrone Williams, A/K/A Tyrone Smith, pleaded guilty to burglary of an automobile in Judge Blackwell’s court. Sentenced to seven years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, will full credit for any time served, the balance suspended for placement in the Damascus Road rehabilitation program. The suspended time is conditioned upon the defendant’s acceptance into and the successful completion of all terms of the Damascus Road rehabilitation program, his exhibition of good behavior, and that he violate no laws for the period that he is participating in the Damascus Road rehabilitation program. Must pay at $1,500.00 fine to the Adams County Sheriff’s Drug Fund, all court costs, and fees, including at $250.00 prosecution fee.

Tonika Drane pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, more than one tenth (0.1) gram, but less than two (2) grams, in Judge Blackwell’s court. Sentenced to three years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with full credit for any time served, the remaining balance suspended, to be served on formal reporting post-release supervision through the Mississippi Department of Corrections for a period of three years. Must pay all court costs and fees, including a $250.00 prosecution fee, within one (1) year.

 

Natchez Municipal Court Cases — End Results

Wednesday, Oct. 12:

Iesha Rechelle Hawkins, 32, charged with DUI – 1st offense. Case dismissed.

Christopher D. Holley, 38, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended. Two days credit for time served. Fine set at $1,748.75.

Cherokee Jabreke Jones, 18, charged with simple assault/domestic violence. Case dismissed.

Ricardo Page, 28, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 180 days with three days credit for time served. No fine assessed.

Ricardo Page, 28, pleaded guilty to trespass after notice of non-permission. Sentenced to 180 days with three days credit for time served. No fine assessed.

Curtis Dewayne Sanders, 48, pleaded guilty to violation of municipal criminal ordinances. Sentenced to 12 days with 12 days credit for time served. No fine assessed.

Keyshawn Marquez Wiley, 27, charged with vagrancy. Case dismissed.

William Francis Wilkins, 35, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief: less than #1,000. Sentenced to 180 days with 120 days suspended. Seven days credit for time served. Banned from Regions Bank. Court cost set at $248.75 and restitution.

Melissa Vinease Campbell, 38, pleaded guilty to telephone or electronic communication: obscene, indecent, annoying, threatening or harassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended. Fine set at $648.75.
