CLAYTON – Funeral services for Thomas Otis Hill, Sr., 91, of Vidalia, LA will be held at Apostolic Church of Clayton on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Melton Rushing officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakley Cemetery in Wisner, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
