Adams County Circuit Court Cases — End Results

Thursday, Dec. 7:

Gerald Nettles, who pleaded guilty to Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine, on June 8, 2022, in sentenced in Judge Blackwell’s court to serve three years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections with full credit for time served and with the remaining balance to be served in the Mississippi Department of Corrections Restitution Center. Defendant shall not be eligible for release from the Restitution Center until such time as all outstanding court costs and fees are paid in full.

 

Natchez Municipal Court Cases — End Results

Wednesday, Dec. 13:

Blarrington Sharell Ashley, 53, pleaded guilty to shoplifting; merchandise value less than $1,000; 1st offense. Sentenced to 90 days with 50 days suspended. Seven days credit for time served. Banned from all Blue Sky locations. Fine set at $1,273.50.

Shakeda Kiljuan Bowman, 40, Clayton, fine $245 due Jan. 24 for driving under suspension reduced to no driver’s license in possession, five days default.

Mitchel Kendrick Boyte, 48, Ferriday, sentenced to 18 months suspended with 18 months of probation with fine of $1,000 plus $493.50 court cost due Jan 10 for possession of schedule II narcotics.
