FERRIDAY, La. — Volunteers at Concordia PAWS shelter said their prayers have been answered. Bluey has a new home with a Louisiana family.

Bluey came to Concordia PAWS covered with ticks and fleas and with what volunteers called a “huge gash” on the top of her head. Bluey was also pregnant and near time to deliver her puppies.

Thanks to Concordia PAWS volunteers and its resources and partners, Bluey was saved and soon gave birth to four beautiful puppies.

Minnie is a 7-month-old spayed female kitty. She is super sweet and her name is very descriptive because she is very small for an adult cat, weighing in at only four pounds! Minnie and other kitties available for adoption through Hoofbeats and Pawprints Rescue are waiting to meet you at the Petsense Store in Vidalia, Louisiana.
