NATCHEZ — A deer crashed through the windshield of a vehicle traveling east on U.S. 84 Tuesday morning after the deer was hit by the car.

The driver of the vehicle had to be airlifted for medical attention. No other information about the condition of the driver is available at this time.

E-911 dispatchers received the call about the accident at approximately 8 a.m. Tuesday morning.
