Joshua Glynn Beach, 43, charged with two counts of aggravated assault; attempts to cause or causes serious bodily injury. Preliminary heaing on each count.

Michael Alexander, 51, Vidalia, six months suspended with 12 months of probation with fine of $500 and court cost $260 for simple battery.

James Thompson, 69, Monterey, three months suspended with credit or three days searved with fine of $300 and court cost $260 for misdemeanor theft.

Alexander Allen, 41, Baton Rouge, fined $245for no driver’s license.

Jacqueline Whitley, 32, Ferriday, fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Damion Hollins, 31, Ferriday, sentenced to three days for disturbing the peace by fighting, plus anger management classes.
