NATCHEZ — Between the Farmer’s Market, a traditional Native American Powwow, and arts and crafts market on the bluff and then the springtime Natchez Merry Market at the Natchez Convention Center just a block away, today has been an eventful day to be in Natchez.

The annual powwow, led by Chuck Borum and Native American tribes nationally, continues today until 9 p.m. and again on Sunday starting at 9 a.m. with the last round of dances starting at 2:30 p.m. at 319 N. Broadway St., on the north end of the Natchez Bluff.

The Merry Market at the Natchez Convention Center ends today, Saturday, at 5 p.m.
