Natchez man cashes in on lottery prize with 1 in 10,000 odds

NATCHEZ – A Natchez might be boasting that his lucky number is seven after winning $7,700 on a pair of lottery tickets.

The winner purchased two Cash 4 tickets for the Friday, May 3, afternoon drawing, for $1 each at Go Mart in Natchez.

He picked “9950” as the number on both tickets and selected “exact/any order” as the option.

According to the Mississippi Lottery website, players can win up to $5,000 on the game tickets, including $2,500 for selecting the exact order.

Odds of selecting the exact order are 1 in 10,000.
