Ford said Leonard allegedly tried to set the apartment on fire by lighting a t-shirt on fire inside the apartment.

“He broke into the apartment last night and stole three pairs of Jordan tennis shoes and a 45-inch Roku TV,” Ford said. “About a month ago, he came through the bedroom window of one of her children and destroyed her 65-inch TV.”

Leonard is expected to go before a judge in the Municipal Court in Natchez later today.
