Norris and Taylor’s Palm Royale picked up for second season by Apple TV+

NATCHEZ — Church Hill residents John Norris and Tate Taylor’s Palm Royale has been picked up for a second season on Apple TV+.

Norris and Taylor are executive producers of the popular series and Taylor directed several episodes. Palm Royale’s all-star cast includes Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bib, Laura Dern, Allison Janney, and the legendary Carol Burnett.

The series depicts the most upper levels of society in Palm Beach in the late 1960s and the struggle of Kristen Wiig’s character to fit in.

The 10-episode season one of Palm Royale premiered on March 20 and its season finale aired on May 8. No date has been set yet for season two.
