A judge will rule Monday whether Young will remain in custody.

Young’s father, Leo, said his family doesn’t know any details of the case or investigation this early.

Leo said he is assuming duties at the family funeral home as the acting general manager during his son’s absence, and Young’s Funeral Home remains fully operational.

According to Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 2251(a), a charge of production of child pornography pertains to those who encourage minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of visually depicting the conduct and transmitting the depiction in any way, including by computer.

Part (e) of Section 2251 states those who violate the code could be fined and sentenced to not less than 15 years and no more than 30 years in prison.
