NATCHEZ — The accounting firm of Silas Simmons LLP is pleased to announce that Melody DuBus Francez has joined their professional staff.

Francez earned her Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, La.

Francez was the owner of her own accounting firm, Melody DuBus Francez CPA Firm. She also previously worked at the certified public accounting firm of Duplantier, Hrapmann, Hogan and Maher LLP in New Orleans and as a tax manager for Offshore Logistics Inc. (now Bristow Helicopters).

Francez is currently a resident of Natchez.
