Dr. and Mrs. Byram Ratliff of Mount Sterling, Ky., announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Byram Ratliff to Matthew Womack Hall, son of Mrs. Christina W. Hall of Natchez and the late Dr. David G. Hall, also of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor of arts in religion. She is employed by State Farm Insurance and will be working for the Stuart Heflin Agency.

She is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Roland J. Ratliff and the late Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Williamson, all of Mount Sterling.

The groom-to-be is also a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor of business administration in managerial finance and a graduate of Alcorn State University with his master’s in business administration with an emphasis in finance. His is employed by United Mississippi Bank in Natchez.

He is the grandson of Mr. Bobby G. Hall and the late Mrs. Joyce C. Hall of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Myron K. Womack of Byram.

The wedding will be at 5:30 p.m., on Saturday, June 23, 2012, at First Christian Church in Mount Sterling.
