NATCHEZ — Services for Leathia I. Huff, 87, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at Meadville Convalescent Home, will be at 11 a.m. today at Cranfield Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Huff was born Dec. 10, 1924, in Franklin County, the daughter of Richard and Bertha Chandler Campbell. She was a member of Carmel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Huff was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George W. Huff; one daughter, Leathia JaHazel Prewitt; one grandchild, Gary Layne Gray; one sister, Ivy Lee Maxwell; and four brothers, Richard Campbell, Freddie Campbell, Sedric Campbell and Lofton Campbell.

Survivors include four daughters, Georgia Huff Franklin and Ann Turner and husband, Red, all of Bude, Bonnie Farr and husband, Danny, of Meadville, and Arline Rose of Flowood; one sister, Virginia Leonard and husband, James, of Clinton; four brothers, Charlie Campbell of Natchez, Buddy Campbell and wife, Theresia, of Dubach, La., Willie Campbell of Bude and Archie Campbell and wife, Margie, of Meadville; 18 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

The family extends a special thanks to the staff of Meadville Nursing Home and Dr. Ben Yarborough.
